An employee at the Harlem Irving gym decided to charge my card for a massage, I called the spa at the gym the employee said yes he did and had an employee number but was rude. Acted like I was the one in the wrong, called my bank and reported fraud against that gym we will see what happens.

Someone needs to be accountable for this. Friends of mine quit because of the same reason , unauthorized purchases on their cards also.

Looks like they don't have it together their. I'm out, there's plenty of good gyms out there that are honest.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I canceled my membership back in September and I used to do the XIT intervel training. When I send the cancelation letter I told them to stop charging me for the membership and XIT.

Low and behold I'm still getting charged $55 every couple of days. I gave my credit card company a copy of the letter and I'm still getting charged.

Having same problem here 260 dollars also harlem nobody wants to talk .i cald every pisible number .my credit card cant stopit with out firs spiking with them ,and they dont speak .hopeles
